Sony Ericsson is a trusted name in terms of mobile phones for years. In the succession, Sony Ericsson has now launched new Aino. Sony Ericsson Aino at its first glance is a touch screen mobile phone but is a normal slider phone in its second look. The extra large screen of Aino certainly is a pro in the features. Aino can be paired with the Sony play station wirelessly with its remote play.

If we consider the features of Aino, it is outfitted with almost every desired aspect. A great storage memory, magnificent camera, perfect navigation, outstanding PS3 connectivity and a concise touch menu are the key features of Aino.

Though the touch menu is not extended to all features but the functionality of touch menu in Opera Mini browser is surprisingly pleasant in Sony Ericsson Aino. The touch menu controls the inbuilt java games as well.

Moreover, Aino is somewhat similar to the specs of Sony W995. The common specs in them are set SE interface, BBC iPlayer support, and 8GB memory card. The shape of Aino is totally different from Sony W995. Aino is a long mobile phone having extra big screen but unfortunately Sony has ignored the resolution of the screen. You will not get the good resolution while watching movies or browsing websites.

There are volume adjusting button and a camera shutter button on the right side of the phone and on the left side there are just ports for the USB and earphones and a power charging port. One unfortunate part is that the earphone socket is not 3.5 mm and so you can’t use any standard earphone in it.

The keyboard of the phone is well laid out and has all necessary buttons in it. The keyboard is compact and rubberized and so is easy to tap the buttons while typing any text. The round enter key with two soft navigation keys on its side also runs well. The magnificent 8.1MP camera is fitted on the back side of the phone and houses a single LED flash for camcorder and camera both. Aino has the well laid compartments for the battery and SIM plus a slot for the microsSD card. It is easy to remove the battery.

The new Sony Ericsson Aino doesn’t have a start up CD in the box as the relevant software is preloaded in the memory card. The charging stand in the box helps you watching movies in your new Aino without even holding the phone. Other than these there are 2 charging ports and a Bluetooth kit in the box.
